We have specialists in various fields, such as grant writing, campaign management, and social media marketing. Our company has years of experience in fundraising for various NPOs, which gives us unique insight into which methods and strategies are the most effective.

We aim to help nonprofit organizations get the funding they need to grow larger, take on more projects, and share their message with the world. The results aren’t all that matter to us as we strive to continuously create a fun and enjoyable experience. I have been involved with fundraising and cause marketing efforts with numerous nonprofits in the area, including FISH, the Humane Society of SW Washington, the Clark County Mural Society, the Columbia River Mental Health Foundation, Educational Opportunities for Children and Families, St. Joseph Catholic School & Parish, Leadership Clark County, the Pink Lemonade Project, Adventure Without Limits, and The Gardner School of Arts & Sciences.

I am a graduate of Clark College and Western Washington University, a 2014 Leadership Clark County class member, a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer, and a two-time winner of the Washington State Umpire of the Year award.

For fun, I spend most weekends hiking with my world-class disc dog, Nick the Wonder Dog!

I have backpacked the “O” circuit in Patagonia, I am mostly left-handed (I write right-handed, everything else left-handed). I was also born on my mom’s 21st birthday.


Cheri Martin

Senior Steward of Fundraising & Community Partnerships

With over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, I’ve had the chance to work in various fields—from higher education and animal welfare to parks and recreation and support for visually impaired individuals. My deep love for our community and passion for supporting nonprofits drive me in my role with Pacific Northwest Fundraising.

I’m a proud graduate of Leadership Clark County and have been honored with the Rising Star Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and the Nonprofit Excellence in Impact Award from the Nonprofit Network of SW Washington.

You’ll find me enjoying the great outdoors with my four dogs when I’m not working. I’m an avid gardener, a voracious reader, and a dedicated member of the Mt. Tabor Wind Ensemble, where I play the flute and piccolo. Oh, and I’m also a grandmother of six, which keeps life wonderfully busy and fulfilling!

Kirstyn Chavez

I’ve been in the digital marketing space for over six years, crafting content, building strategy, and helping brands connect with their audience in meaningful ways. My journey started with a degree in Arts and Commerce, majoring in Advertising, Marketing, and Communication, which gave me the foundation to think both creatively and strategically.

I now serve as the Director of Marketing and Brand Manager at Pacific Northwest Fundraising. I’m responsible for devising and planning digital marketing content that speaks to our audience and clients. I work closely with our Founder and Creative Director, Eddie, to ensure each client’s unique voice is represented with clarity and purpose.

Outside work, I love reading and writing; they’re my favorite ways to recharge and stay inspired.

Sharleen Jane Dumelod

Sharleen holds a hotel and restaurant management degree from the University of Santo Tomas. Moving to Metro Manila for her studies opened her eyes to various social issues, sparking a lifelong commitment to supporting minorities and advocating for people in need. Her passion for social causes began in university and drives her involvement in community-oriented initiatives.

With over five years of experience in the customer service industry and over two years in executive assistance and operations, Sharleen brings a unique blend of empathy, organization, and efficiency to her role. Her background ensures she communicates with care while precisely managing complex tasks and logistics behind the scenes.

Fun Fact

Outside of work, Sharleen is actively studying the Japanese language. She’s a proud BTS fan and finds joy in immersing herself in crime and mystery stories in books and on screen. As a former college athlete, she brings discipline and teamwork to everything she does.


Sairah Jane Navecis

Marketing Content Coordinator

Results-driven marketing professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management. I bring over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry—beginning as a Parts Admin at Ford for 2.5 years, then evolving into a Marketing Professional at Toyota for 6 years.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of brand strategy, customer engagement, and market positioning—grounded in real-world performance and collaboration. My time at Toyota refined my skills in delivering purpose-driven campaigns that connect with people and drive results. I’m passionate about meaningful work, team synergy, and making a lasting impact—whether in business or in my community.

Fun Fact

I once hiked Mt. Talinis, the second-highest peak in Negros Oriental (1,903 MASL)—a challenge that tested my endurance and love for nature!


Wendy Marsh

Grant Writer

Wendy Marsh is an accomplished grant writer and nonprofit strategist with over 30 years of experience securing funding from foundations, Fortune 500 corporations such as Amazon, Boeing, and Alaska Airlines, and government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Her expertise spans healthcare, higher education, housing and homelessness, international relief, and environmental conservation, giving her a broad perspective on framing complex challenges in ways that inspire investment and impact.

Wendy has developed grant and fundraising strategies for some of the nation’s most respected institutions, including United Way, Mercy Corps International, The Nature Conservancy, PeaceHealth, and Bastyr University. Whether strengthening programs or launching new initiatives, Wendy brings the insight, discipline, and creativity to help organizations secure sustainable funding and expand their reach. She holds a BA from Whitworth College and a Master’s from Arizona State University and is a certified practitioner in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.
